Our Gym

Established in 2005, North Melbourne Boxing & Fitness is located at level 2/64-90 Sutton Street North Melbourne. Only 10 minutes from Melbourne CBD - we are close to City Link entrance near Flemington Road (map), only a short walk from Macaulay Train Station or catch the Number 57 Tram from the CBD. Free Street Parking Available.

With 4 Separate Training Areas, Weights Area, 38 heavy bags, 2 Boxing Rings, Cardio Equipment, Equipment Sales, Showers & lockers for your convenience.

Our classes are structured to teach you the skills and fitness used to train and compete in Boxing, Kickboxing & Muay Thai. Sessions place emphasis on calorie expenditure and fat burning to assist you in achieving better health & fitness, whilst improving strength & conditioning.

Personal training, Group and Corporate sessions are available at competitive prices and can be tailored to meet your needs. You can train at our facility which has a comfortable friendly atmosphere, or we can come to you.

Whether your goals are to improve your fitness, develop your skills or compete, our trainers have many years of experience as both competitors and trainers and can assist you in achieving your goals. So come along and have fun getting into shape and developing your skills in a safe and friendly atmosphere.

• All use of the gym is at the discretion of North Melbourne Boxing & Fitness, or by prior arrangement, All payments must be paid prior to commencement of training.

• Please do not enter onto the matted floor area during training sessions if you are not participating in the session.

• For sparring, all users must wear 16oz gloves, head gear and mouth guard, and is only permitted under supervision by NMBF trainers. Use of boxing ring is by prior arrangement only.

• Comfortable gym wear, hand towel, water (also available at the gym).
