FITNESS SESSION / HIIT FITNESS CIRCUIT
Beginners to Advanced - A high intensity workout using a variety of effective Boxing & Kickboxing training techniques. Incorporating high intensity interval training methods, these sessions are designed to motivate you, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn maximum calories and will challenge all participants! HIIT Circuit (High Intensity Interval Training) will get your heart started and target all areas

BOXING & FITNESS
Beginners to Advanced - Learn proven and effective Boxing techniques in a progressive and comprehensive manner. Incorporating a fitness component, these classes are structured to develop skill, coordination and build strength whilst improving fitness & self confidence, with an emphasis on toning & fat burning.

Beginners to Advanced - Learn traditional Muay Thai, incorporating strikes, kicks, knees grappling & fitness. Sessions cater for beginners to advanced and is a great way to improve your strength, fitness, confidence and self defence.

Mon, Wed and Friday 6.30pm - 8.00pm (Intermediate to Advanced)
Tuesday & Thursdays 7.00pm - 8.00pm (Beginners to Intermediate)
PRO-AM BOXING / MEMBERS SPARRING
Intermediate to Advanced - These sessions provide training specific to competition in Amateur & Professional boxing. Sessions include partner work, bag work, fitness drills and learning how to spar in a controlled environment. All participants will need their own mouthguard. Headgear & 16oz gloves are provided. Members Only Sparring - For members who want to take their fitness and competitiveness to the next level. Conducted in a safe & friendly environment.
PRO-AM BOXING / MEMBERS SPARRING CLASS TIMES
MON to FRI - 3:30pm - 5:00pm
SAT - 10:00am - 11:00am
Our Indoor Rowing Sessions provide Members the opportunity to learn and develop their rowing technique, increase fitness, whilst also reducing the risk of injury. Our studio is available for Corporate Groups, Schools and Sporting Clubs to help develop teamwork in a unique, interactive and competitive environment with guidance from one of our experienced rowing instructors.

Beginners to Advanced - The gym is open for casual visits for those who want to use weights & cardio equipment. Personal training & group sessions can be catered for during these times including Fitness, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Self Defence and can structure sessions to meet your needs.
