All sessions cater for Men & Women in a friendly, safe and fun environment!
BOXING CLASS (All Levels)
Learn proven and effective Boxing techniques in a progressive and comprehensive manner. Incorporating Skipping, Heavy Bag Work, Partner Drills and Core Strength. These classes are structured to develop Boxing Skills, Coordination, Fitness and Strength - whilst improving Self Confidence.
FITNESS SESSION (All Levels of Fitness)
Incorporating High Intensity Interval Training methods, these sessions are designed to motivate you, improve fitness, burn maximum calories and will challenge all participants! HIIT Circuit (High Intensity Interval Training) will get your heart started and target all the right areas!
WOMEN’S BOXING (Beginners to Advanced)
These Sessions are for Women only. Sessions are conducted by Stephanie M’Fong, 2 x National Champion & 5 x State Amateur Champion.
MUAY THAI (All Levels)

Beginners to Advanced - Learn traditional Muay Thai incorporating Strikes, Kicks, Knees, Elbows, Grappling & Conditioning. Sessions cater for Beginners to Advanced and is a great way to improve your overall Strength, Fitness, Confidence and Self Defense.

BOXING (Advanced - Members Only)
These sessions provide training specific training for competition in Amateur & Professional Boxing. Sessions include Pad Work, Heavy Bag Work, Sparring, Fitness & Conditioning. Available to members only, and all participants will need their own Mouthguard, Headguard & 16oz gloves.
JUNIOR BOXING
These Sessions cater for Juniors 8 - 17 Years of age. Designed to develop Boxing Skills, Learn Co-ordination & Balance, Build Self Confidence in a Safe, Fun & Friendly Environment. Sessions run during the school term.
OPEN GYM
Beginners to Advanced - The gym is open for casual visits for those who want to use weights & cardio equipment. Personal Training & Group Sessions can be catered for during these times including Fitness, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Self Defence and can be structured to meet your needs.
