Peter de Been Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu      

 
 

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a combat sport, martial art, and form of self defense that focuses on grappling and ground fighting.  

As an affiliate of the Peter de Been Gracie Barra Academy, we offer classes at a high calibre and our teaching syllabus incorporates emphasis on leverage, submissions, and technique rather than strength.

Group & Corporate Sessions      
    In addition to offering over 100 sessions per month in Boxing, Kickboxing and Fitness at North Melbourne Boxing & Fitness, sessions can be provided to sporting groups, schools, clubs, and businesses etc., either at your premises or ours. Sessions will get you motivated whilst having fun achieving your goals - at competitive  prices! For any queries please ask one of our trainers.  
       
Gym Equipment      

 
 

Our gym is equiped with 26 retractable heavy bags, kick shields, focus pads in addition to other training aids to assist with your development. We ask for your support in using equipment responsibly.

The gym also provides some gloves for users, however we do recommend that you purchase your own to assist with hygiene and comfort. For advice and/or purchasing of gloves etc., please refer to Steve.

Please DO NOT leave gloves, equipment, belongings etc. on the training area or walkway - to avoid potential injury. Equipment must not be used without approval from staff. Please place equipment back to its rightful place. Equipment must not be removed from the premises.
