Class Descriptions -

All sessions cater for Men & Women in a friendly, safe and fun environment!

BOXING & FITNESS:
Beginners to Advanced - Learn proven and effective Boxing techniques in a progressive and comprehensive manner. Incorporating a fitness component, these classes are structured to develop skill, coordination and build strength whilst improving fitness & self confidence, with an emphasis on toning & fat burning.

FITNESS SESSION:
 Intermediate to Advanced - A high intensity workout using a variety of effective Boxing & Kickboxing training techniques. Incorporating high intesity interval training methods, these sessions are designed to motivate you, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn maximum calories and will challenge all participants!

* FITNESS SESSION: Beginners to Advanced - Join Ebony for a one hour high intesnity workout combining punches, kicks and weights that will challenge you, in a fun and dynamic atmosphere.

PRO-AM BOXING:  Intermediate to Advanced - These sessions provide training specific to competition in Amateur & Professional boxing. Sessions include partner work, bag work, fitness drills and learning how to spar in a controled environment. All participants will need their own mouthguard. Headgear & 16oz gloves are provided.

KICKBOXING:
   Beginners to Advanced - Get that extra level of fitness and power through building strength in your leg's, whilst learning proven & effective kicking techniques. Combining the hands of a boxer, kickboxing provides an all over workout and will build fitness, strength, conditioning & confidence.

BJJ  (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu): Beginners to Advanced - Using ground techniques, BJJ is a great way to improve your strength, fitness & self defense skills. Catering for both men & women of all levels of fitness, Jake Tankel can teach you how to improve your self-confidence, develop knowledge & skills using this effective and dynamic approach to self defense training.
